Alec will be played by Alex O'Loughlin from Hawaii Five-O, what can I say he's a hottie, thanks Amanda for the suggestion, you always help me pick out the best evil doers, hehehehe

And our lovely, bitter, bitch of a mom will be played by the one and only Madeline Stowe. I just love her and yeah, after Revenge I can see her as Bella's ice queen of a mother.

1 large ripe fragrant mango

2 tablespoons each red and yellow bell peppers, finely diced

1 tablespoon minced Serrano chiles

1 tablespoon minced cilantro

Juice of 1 ripe Mexican lime

Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the seed.

Chop finely, and mix with the remaining ingredients, adding a few drops of lime juice to temper the sweetness of the mango.
